We rebranded the SimplePractice identity by streamlining our brand architecture—bringing everything under a unified SimplePractice brand. This rebrand was created in partnership with Koto Studios and our in-house brand team to build a modern, consistent, and recognizable brand presence that supports our transformation from a behavioral health SaaS company into a broader, iconic health and wellness brand.
We developed a strong, cohesive brand identity that resonates beyond our original EHR/SMB audience. Our updated brand positioning tells a compelling story, evokes emotion, and clearly communicates who we are and who we serve. Throughout the process, we ensured current customers felt supported and represented, while positioning SimplePractice for growth into new provider categories, including Dietitians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, and more.
This work laid the foundation for expanding our reach in the health and wellness industry, driving increased brand recognition, deepening customer loyalty, and setting us up to achieve a 15% lift in brand awareness.
